For my birthday, Chris took me to Kansas City to spend a relaxing weekend together. We stayed at the Westin in the Crown Center. We haven’t really been around Kansas City too much, except for the airport and The Legends, so we had wanted to do some exploring and get to know the area better....

Hey everybody, today is Elyse’s birthday!!! My beautiful wife will be 23 today and she seems to get prettier everyday that we spend together. Last year we were in Houston for her birthday. So, this will actually be her first birthday in Kansas. I love you honey, Happy Birthday!!

Mini Mountain Dew Cakes
After the post about our Mountain Dew cake my sister wanted us to share her Mini Mountain Dew cakes. She used the original recipe and just added regular frosting and green sprinkles. I’m not sure how many people have mini bunt pans but I guess everything isn’t bigger in Texas!
