Happy 23rd Birthday!

Mini Mountain Dew Cakes

After the post about our Mountain Dew cake my sister wanted us to share her Mini Mountain Dew cakes. She used the original recipe and just added regular frosting and green sprinkles. I’m not sure how many people have mini bunt pans but I guess everything isn’t bigger in Texas!

The Kansas Underground Salt Museum

On our drive from Wichita, we passed over the Arkansas river several times. We could tell the river looks really low, and apparently it’s water flow has significantly dropped over the past 50 years because of irrigation use in Colorado, the state the river begins in.
